Power In 30 was created based on a combined 50 years traveling the world teaching accountability. This innovative new approach tackles what has been missing - especially in the post-pandemic workplace.

Power In 30 begins with this simple premise: Optimism is a choice. Anyone can find evidence to justify pessimism. HOW IT WORKS

Our Exclusive
Innovative Approach

At Lone Rock Leadership our courses feature a proprietary 30-day cohort learning journey that utilizes collaborative discussion and individual application. We meet leaders where they are and never require travel, full-day sessions, or extended time away from a manager’s core daily work. Our courses can be taught in-person but are generally implemented using a 30-day blended learning approach.
Live Classes
Delivered virtually, a Power In 30 facilitator (or one of your certified facilitators) will guide the class through a 60-minute overview of the content for the upcoming week, oversee workbook activities, discuss applications, and answer questions.
Learning Portal
After the live session, leaders are provided with asynchronous video content. These videos, curated by the authors of Power In 30 and other experts, delve deeper into the topics discussed in the live class.
Huddles
As the week wraps up, leaders are grouped into smaller units called “Huddles.“ Units are determined by a variety of factors for optimal collaboration. Huddles encourage leaders to teach each other the content they’ve learned.
