THE Proven Approach to Developing Leaders Who Deliver Results

Built on a 30-Day Cohort Model That Actually Works (and Scales)
Most leadership programs overwhelm people with information and complexity, hoping something sticks.
Lone Rock’s 30-day approach flips the script. Each program—Lead In 30, Adapt In 30, Power In 30, and Decide In 30—uses a unique, high-impact learning cadence that transforms managers at any level into high-performing leaders.

Flexible
Designed for the realities of modern work, the 30-day model gives leaders the freedom to learn, practice, and apply concepts through short modules, weekly huddles, and live sessions that fit any schedule.
Simple & Immersive
A consistent weekly learning cadence and easy-to-use frameworks keeps learners engaged and applying concepts in real time, turning insights into measurable action.
Scalable
A cohort-based model that can run multiple groups simultaneously, the 30-day approach easily expands from small teams to hundreds—or even thousands—of leaders across the organization.
Why 30 Days?
Complexity doesn’t scale. The 30-day learning journey is simple. It blends live facilitation, on-demand learning, and peer huddles for accountability. Each modality infuses real-world application into a flexible 30-day cycle, giving leaders space to learn, practice, and apply. Each week follows a consistent cadence designed to reinforce key concepts, and ensure leaders apply what they learn.
Live Class
The Live Class (In-Person or Virtual) is a 90-minute lesson that sets the stage for what someone will learn during the week.

Learner Portal
After the Live Class, the Learner Portal provides short (5-7 minute) video modules that continue the learning from the Live Class.
The goal is to finish weekly video modules before the next Live Class.
Huddles
Each week, learners are assigned to a specific group to meet outside of class. These meetings are called Huddles. Each group selects a weekly meeting time that best suits their specific needs.
